Construction Project Update

Passed the Rough inspections this week. The weather was crappy on Saturday, so I only worked on it part of the day Sunday and got the front Sided.

People are Idiots

The little twerp on American Idol is so horrible and should have been kicked off the show weeks ago, yet he is still here. Now it makes sense. He is still here because he is so horrible. Any idiot with an idea, and a website can gain a following. If people put this much effort into coming together and making a difference for something that mattered, the people really could be in control of this country. Unfortunately that’s not the case.

Roughing is Complete

It only took about a half of a day this weekend to finish the rough construction and electrical.

It was a really windy weekend, and just the walls up made a huge improvement.

I'll get my inspections this week, then start finishing it off.

First 2 Days of Wind Tunnel Enclosure

It was actually great weather this weekend so I got a lot done. I went and got all the roughing materials, I tore off all the existing siding and flashing, and got the first wall up the first day.

I didn't get quite as much done on day 02, since the weather was really nice (it got up to 70) and the sun was shining. I didn't get started until noon. I the front wall finished and flashed, the window installed and the second wall roughed.
